Yosemite toad migration corridors: tutorial data bundle
=======================================================

Derived tables for the tutorial reproducing Maier et al. (2022) Heredity
129:257-272 (https://doi.org/10.1038/s41437-022-00561-x). Use together with
the Dryad archive (https://doi.org/10.5061/dryad.xsj3tx99h). Meadow
coordinates are not included.

Corridors/models2/<model>/<model>30m.txt
Least cost path length (LCPdist, m, over the terrain surface) and
straight-line distance (EucDist, m) for every meadow pair, under each of
the 11 slope:vegetation resistance blends ("None" = straight line).
Corridors/models2/corridor_rank.txt
Random forest ranking of corridor bandwidths per feature group (Table S4).
Corridors/models2/SlopeVeg_90_10_/SlopeVeg_90_10_30m_<bandwidth>.txt
Environmental features summarized within each corridor bandwidth of the
best path model, one row per meadow pair (present, past "_p" and future
    "_f" climate).
Corridors/models2/SlopeVeg_90_10_/SlopeVeg_90_10_30m_meadows_diff.txt
At-site features: source minus destination meadow, both directions.
out/predictors_present.csv, out/predictors_future.csv
Model-ready predictors (PCA scores within feature groups, oriented as in
the published models), with FST, dM and sample weights.
out/published_features.csv
Features used by the two published Cubist models.
out/group_pcas.rds
The fitted PCA for each feature group (loadings for interpretation).
